L1 - $145.00 for one day. If you ride both days, day 2 is discounted to $120
L2 - L5 - $185 for one day. If you ride both days, day 2 is discounted to $160
Office Fee: $25.00 per show
BHWE Non-member fee: $20.00 per show.

Competitors are hereby informed that Entry fees are non-refundable, following USAWE rules.
In the case of equine lameness or emergency situations, show management may elect to refund part of the entry fee on a case by case basis.
Day haul ins are welcome. Horses can stand tied at the trailer. The parking will be organized. There is a bathroom available.
Lunch Saturday and Sunday will be Pot Luck, main dishes provided. Please bring something to share. Please pack a cooler with beverages for yourself and your guests. Bring Chairs.
Cabins, Electrical hookups, stalls, and runs available for overnights. Please contact Shar Bergum for reservations and information.
Rules & Regulations
This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the United States Rules for Working Equitation, Revision 9.0, dated January, 2026. https://usawe.org/rules It is the competitors responsibility to read and understand the rules prior to the competition.
You must be a member of USAWE and your horse must have a recording number.
If you are not a BHWE member a $20 Non-member fee will be assessed per show.
A single horse and rider team is allowed to show in only one level. Horses may be shared as allowed in the rules. Callers are allowed in Levels 1 and 2.
Well Behaved dogs on leashes are welcome.
Hold Harmless Clause: Pursuant to SDCL 42-11, Participants acknowledge that equine sports are inherently dangerous and agree to hold BHWE, their affiliates, their volunteers and associates, and Buffalo Berry Arena and their employees, owners, and associates harmless for any damage, injury, or loss to persons, horses, or property of exhibitors, spectators, or grooms. All local facility rules must be followed.
Motor Vehicle Operation: Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices of individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.
Media Release Agreement: I agree that as a condition of and in consideration of acceptance of entry, the competition may use or assign photographs, videos, adios, or other likenesses of me and/or my horse taken during the course of the competition for the promotion or benefit of the competition or sport. These likenesses shall not be used to advertise a product and they ay not be used in any way to jeopardize amateur status. I hereby expressly waive and release any rights in connection with such use, including any claim to compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or misappropriation.
